The monthly lease payment of $469 is calculated based on the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) for the vehicle as shown. Through September 30, 2025, this lease offer is available on new 2026 BMW i5 eDrive40 models from participating BMW Centers through BMW Financial Services NA, LLC. Customers must meet BMW Financial Services’ credit requirements to qualify. This offer is not valid in Puerto Rico.

The monthly lease payments of $469 per month for 36 months are based on an adjusted capitalized cost of $51,270. This includes an MSRP of $69,925, a destination and handling fee of $1,175, a $4,275 capitalized cost reduction, a $0 security deposit, a suggested dealer contribution of $3,500, a Lease Credit of $9,900, and an EV Customer Credit of $1,000. Actual MSRP and dealer contribution may vary and could affect your monthly lease payment.

Cash due at signing includes a $4,275 capitalized cost reduction, a $469 first month’s payment, a $925 acquisition fee, and a $0 security deposit. Lessees are responsible for insurance during the lease term, excess wear and tear as defined in the lease contract, and $0.25/mile over 30,000 miles. A disposition fee of up to $495 (not to exceed an amount permissible by law) is due at lease end. Not all customers will qualify for the security deposit waiver.

Tax, title, license, registration, and dealer fees are additional fees due at signing. The advertised monthly payment does not include applicable taxes. The purchase option price at lease end is $34,963, plus the purchase option fee disclosed in the lease contract. Additional tax, title, and government fees may also apply.

Customers must provide proof of lease or ownership of a competitive electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle to claim the credit. Delivery must be taken by September 30, 2025. This offer cannot be redeemed for previously delivered BMW electric vehicles.
